Order & Payment

What payment methods are currently available?

We aim for premium customer satisfaction ratings, so new payment methods will be integrated as they become available.

We currently offer;
– Azager Wallet
– Paystack Payment (Card, Bank, Transfer, USSD amongst others)

Who is responsible for the product delivery cost?

Simple answer, both Vendor and Buyer.

Explanation;
Vendors – As an Azager Vendor, you are responsible for safely delivering the ordered products to an Azager Holding Facility(AHF) at Ikeja Lagos, the address will be communicated to you in the order confirmation email. This is the point where we inspect the products for authenticity before forwarding to the buyers address.
Buyers – The cost of inspection and parcel forwarding is hinged on you. This cost is already included in the total cost of the ordered products payable at checkout.

Can I sell from anywhere in Nigeria?

Simple answer, YES!

Explanation;
Vendors – As an Azager Vendor, you can control your account and vendor dashboard from anywhere in the world.
Now, when an order is made by a user, you are responsible for safely delivering the ordered products to an Azager Holding Facility(AHF) at Ikeja Lagos, the address will be communicated to you in the order confirmation email. This is the point where we inspect the products for authenticity before forwarding to the buyers address.

There is a 72hr delivery window after which, if the package(s) is(are) not at the specified Azager Holding Facility, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will be fully refunded.

Failing to deliver parcels to the Azager Holding Facility(AHF) twice in a row could negatively impact your store as a vendor.

Can I buy from anywhere in Nigeria?

Simple answer, YES!

Explanation;
Buyers – After your order is confirmed, you will be contacted by an Azager Customer Service Officer(CSO) to confirm your delivery address.
Azager MUST inspect all packages before they are sent to every customer.
The cost of inspection and parcel forwarding is hinged on you. This cost is already included in the total cost of the ordered products payable at checkout.

Although you have the option to decline our parcel inspection, we do not recommend it. When you decline our parcel inspection, the Vendor will be sending the package(s) directly to you, the buyer. This will shorten the delivery duration, but again, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

***Azager will only mediate disputes between buyers and vendors if the following conditions are met;
1. Order was placed on Azager.com (website or mobile app)
2. Parcel was inspected by Azager and then forwarded to the buyer’s address.

Can I make my order deliverable at a different address?

During checkout, you will have the option to enter a new or existing delivery address.
The entered address is the address where the Vendor(s) will be processing the order to.

Our logistics partner(s) will also have access to this information to aid easy delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after making an order?

Changing your delivery address after your order is already being processed is only feasible while the order is still labeled as Processing. Even at that, it will require your prompt action because this order might already be enroute to the original address.

In the case that you have already placed your order and would like to change your delivery address, please contact Azager Support IMMEDIATELY, to avoid delivery delay.

When will my card be charged?

Payments will be charged on your account immediate the order is confirmed and ready to be processed by your Vendor(s).

Why are you not accepting my card?

More than likely, the issue is with your bank. This is because all card payment is processed using Paystack as our main payment gateway.
As long as your card is issued by Mastercard, Visa or Verve, Paystack accepts debit and credit cards from all over the world. They also process American Express cards in Nigeria.

Please contact your bank first, and if the issue persists, contact Azager Customer Support via customer-support@azager.com to rectify this processing issues.

We currently deliver all orders with our logistics partner (To Be Announced Soon)

How long will it take to get my package?

This may vary from vendor to vendor, but our goal is to deliver every order in less than 3 business days.
Other factors like product type may affect the delivery speed of your parcel. Please contact the vendor using the GET SUPPORT button located on the product page.

Who should I contact if I need help?
If you have questions regarding your user account, order, vendor tools and other related issues please send a detailed email to customer-support@azager.com, or you can reach us during our Live Support hours via the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Do I need an account to place an order?
